Week 9 | 23. Letters

Welcome to my happy place. This is where I go twice a week to get away from it all. I walk into the studio at Yoga Body and Soul and sit down on my mat, take a deep breath and breathe. I look at this wall and feel calm. You’re probably wondering what it means; I know I did.


 “May all beings everywhere be happy and free and may the thoughts, words and actions of my own life contribute in some way to that happiness and to that freedom for all.”
