While wandering around the Ringling Museum gardens recently, I showed my sister-in-law the area that I call the “statue graveyard”. You can see a part of it from the main drive as you head towards Ca’ d’Zan. This time however, we snuck back into the maintenance area and found more sadness. This little guys feet was all that was left of the complete state. His top half may have been somewhere lying around, but who knows.
